Hi Barracudas!

A couple updates and reminders for this week:

• Optional pre-season evening practices are Tuesday and Thursday this week and next week from 6-7pm. Last night we had a great turnout!
• UPDATE on Stroke and Turn and Starter official training: We will NOT be hosting the stroke and turn clinic Thursday June 9 as previously announced. The LBSL has decided that the training/certification will be online. Details are on our Volunteer

  • PLEASE consider becoming certified to be a stroke and turn judge! As a thank-you, we will give your swimmer (or you, haha) $20 Barracuda Bucks to use at the snack bar!
• The Cold Water Classic invitational will take place on June 23 and 24. I know it’s early to be thinking about an invitational before practice has even started! But we need to know if anyone would like to participate in this meet and are asking you to register by Sunday, June 12. Swimmers get to pick their events for this meet. Please register on our Meets & Events page or go directly to the Cold Water Classic meet page on our Swimtopia site.
• The coaches have set up a system to communicate with parents about practices, weather cancellations, etc. Please go to Remind and sign up with code bast2022.
• Please register if you haven't.
• We would love t-shirt sponsors. If you or someone you know has a business and would like to print your logo on our shirts, please reach out to Kristin.
