Stroke & Turn and Starter Referee Training

The following provides information regarding LBSL summer training opportunities for officials and table workers.

A minimum of one person from each team must complete the Table Worker competency AND attend one of the sessions every year.

For officials: any new LBSL, returning LBSL or PIAA, YMCA, and USA officials must complete the google competency form. PIAA, YMCA and USA currently certified officials will only need to enter contact information.

All officials (including those that are PIAA, YMCA or USA certified) must attend one of the following Zoom meetings after completing the competencies.

PLEASE consider getting certified to be a Stroke and Turn official. If you have already been a Stroke and Turn official, PLEASE consider getting certified to be a Starter Referee. These are some of the hardest positions to fill and we can't run a meet without them.
