Meet Today

• Thank you to all who have volunteered for jobs and to pick up concession items! A few jobs are left; please sign up
• Arrive at 5:30, warm-up at 6pm
• Try to get your swimmers to hydrate and stay cool this afternoon before the meet

Swim-a-Thon

• PLEASE VOLUNTEER to count laps on Wednesday or Friday
• No regular practice on Swim-a-thon days

Odd Age Meet - July 20

• Registration is open; sign up by SATURDAY July 13
• This meet helps swimmers at the low end of their age groups
• See flyer for details
• Be prepared to volunteer
