Hi Team,

Just a quick reminder to register your swimmers if you haven’t already! All registration links are available on our homepage. If you know anyone who may be interested in joining but isn't receiving these messages, please feel free to spread the word.

Our first practice is NEXT Tuesday, June 10th from 7–8 PM. All first-time swimmers must attend one of the three evening practices for a skills assessment - June 10th, 12th, or 18th. This helps ensure everyone is ready and safe for the season ahead.

We also want to share details about our first meet of the season:

2025 Cold Water Classic
📅 June 19–20
📍 Warrington Swim Club – 2501 Freedoms Way, Warrington, PA 18976
🕡 Start Time: 6:15 PM

This is an early-season meet designed for experienced swimmers only, as we’ll only have one or two practices beforehand, likely not enough time to prepare newer swimmers.

Registration for this meet is due by June 12th.

Parent Volunteers (Cold Water Classic):
If your swimmer is participating in the Cold Water Classic, a parent will be required to volunteer at the meet, no exceptions. Roles typically include timing, lane monitoring, or serving as a “zoo parent” (supervising younger swimmers).

Parent Volunteers (All Other Meets):
New for 2025: For all other meets, volunteer responsibilities will be divided equally among families with swimmers participating in each meet. If you’re assigned a shift and can’t fulfill it, it’s your responsibility to find a replacement.
